Vegan Masala Chai
Makes: 2 mugs of tea
Time: 5 minutes
Suitable for: Vegetarians, vegans and those on a gluten free diet
Ingredients:
350ml water
200ml oat milk, barista version
½ teaspoon chai masala (my favourite blend is Niharti Chai Masala)
2 teaspoons coconut sugar
1 bag of your favourite tea
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil.
Turn the heat down to a point where the tea is at a ‘rolling’ boiling point and boil for a few minutes depending.
Pour into mugs and enjoy alone or with any snack.
